Westerville, OH Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Schedule flexibility required with administrative on-call duties

Responsibilities:

Lead daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, medication dispensing, and inventory control Manage recruitment, training, orientation, and performance evaluations of pharmacists and technicians Oversee compliance with State Board of Pharmacy laws and USP compounding standards Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize infusion therapy outcomes Engage in branch budgeting, workflow improvements, and performance management

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program Active, unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist license Minimum 5 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy Expertise in IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation standards Proven leadership skills in managing and developing pharmacy teams Familiarity with CPR+/CareTend systems preferred This role is ideal for a pharmacy professional seeking a direct hire position with significant influence over clinical services and business strategy in the home infusion field.
