Job Description

Job description: We are seeking a patient-focused, clinically driven, and team-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our district team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional patient care, driving pharmacy performance, supporting team development, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding patient care and medication counseling. Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions. Administer immunizations and promote preventive health services. Maintain compliance with company policies, Washington State Board of Pharmacy regulations, and all applicable laws. Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners. Support pharmacy workflow optimization and operational excellence. Lead and coach pharmacy technicians and support staff. Meet clinical, quality, and customer service expectations. Promote medication adherence, wellness programs, and patient outcomes. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment. Staff Expectations The successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong patient-care mindset and clinical judgment. Passion for community pharmacy and improving patient health outcomes. Required Qualifications Active Pharmacist License in Washington State in good standing. Certified Immunizer with current immunization training and authorization to administer vaccines. Graduation from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy. Ability to comply with all state and federal pharmacy regulations. Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, clinical services, and patient care programs.

$60.00 - $76.00 per hour
