We are currently seeking a part time, long term 1099 consultant pharmacist to join our team in Erie, PA.
The Consultant Pharmacist will:
Perform Monthly Drug Regimen Reviews and Admission Reviews at Long Term Care Facilities. Medication Room and Medication Cart Audits Antibiotic Stewardship Meetings QAPI Meetings Other Facility Meetings (Requires at least 1 site visit to each building per month). Assistance with Policy and Procedure Periodic In-services Meet as needed with facility Administrator and Director of Nursing Assure facility compliance with state and federal regulations with regard to Pharmacy Services This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills. Must be able to learn and utilize computer software Travel to facilities required, must have own car for travel. Must be able to bend and utilize step ladder to review medication storage and expiration dates. Must be able to read small print.
Pay:
$58.00 - $60.00 per hour
