Key Responsibilities:

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania. Experience in ambulatory care or inpatient pharmacy practice preferred. Completion of a residency program is highly desirable. Familiarity with Meditech electronic health record system is a plus. Strong communication and patient care skills.
Schedule:
