Job Title:
Pharmacist
- RPh Operations Advisor
- Specialty Medical Prior Authorization Aetna Address: Verify with a Recruiter or Staffing Manager! Job Description
- Collaborates with Technicians and Nurses to process authorization requests and reviews clinical data.
- Coordinates timely communication of case decisions to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Handles inbound phone calls and escalations regarding Prior Authorization.
- Establishes and maintains communication among CVS Caremark, health plans, and employer groups.
- Maintains professional knowledge of drug and disease states for Specialty Medical programs.
- Performs other related projects and duties as assigned, including on-call availability. Critical Information
- Shift hours: 7 AM to 10 PM CST, 8 hours/day; training hours:
M-F 8 AM
to 4:30 PM CST for 6 weeks; possible weekend shifts.
