Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacist specializing in clinical pharmacy within an inpatient hospital setting. This role requires expertise in managing medication therapy and ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes for hospitalized patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-specific medication regimens. Monitor patient response to medications and adjust therapies as needed. Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in medication safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Pharmacist licensure in good standing. Experience in a hospital inpatient clinical pharmacy environment. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and clinical guidelines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions. Prior experience in clinical pharmacy or hospital settings preferred.
