Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and dispense inpatient medications in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards Review and verify medication orders for appropriateness, dosage, and potential interactions Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy plans Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapies as necessary Maintain proper documentation and assist with inventory management of pharmaceutical supplies Provide drug information and education to clinical staff and patients as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
