We are looking for a motivated, dependable PRN Pharmacist to join our team and help provide exceptional service to our patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities Verify and dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently. Provide patient counseling and medication education. Review prescriptions for appropriateness, interactions, and dosing. Work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and staff to ensure smooth workflow. Communicate with physicians' offices regarding prescription clarifications and therapy recommendations. Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations. Assist with sterile and non-sterile compounding oversight as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and quality assurance standards. Qualifications Active Texas Pharmacist license in good standing. PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Compounding experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Schedule PRN / As Needed Weekday shifts with occasional weekend coverage as needed.
