The ideal candidate will have strong sterile and non-sterile compounding experience and the ability to lead and develop a pharmacy team. This is a confidential search. Maintain appropriate quality-control procedures, documentation, and inspection readiness. Manage inventory and promote efficient pharmacy operations. Train and develop staff while fostering accountability, teamwork, and excellent patient service. Collaborate with prescribers and counsel patients on appropriate medication use. Qualifications PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active Texas pharmacist license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain one. Experience with sterile and non-sterile compounding. Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and applicable USP standards. Prior pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of and comfort with peptides is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
