PM Saturday:

9:00 AM - 1:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily pharmacy functions overseeing a dedicated team including 2 staff pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, cashiers, and a delivery driver Ensure full compliance with all Texas state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA Lead and engage in quality improvement and patient-care initiatives Address customer concerns professionally and maintain high satisfaction levels Qualifications /

Desired Experience:

Valid Texas pharmacist license is required Minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience preferred Prior management experience is highly desirable Experience with Pioneer Rx software is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude suited to a family-style work environment
