Must be a registered pharmacist licensed to work as such in the state of Texas. Two years experience as a Pharmacy Manager/PIC at a retail pharmacy preferred. Applicants should be customer-oriented, certified to immunize and willing to participate in MTM programs. Family-friendly hours, M-F 8:30-6, Sat 9-1, CLOSED SUNDAY. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to regulations
• Ensure adequate staffing and personnel management, team building, etc.
• Provide patient care services, including medication counseling and medication therapy management
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize treatment plans
• Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure adequate stock of medications
• Utilize medical management skills to review and optimize medication utilization
• Actively participate in immunizations programs and other clinically relevant initiatives (i.
