Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire A growing pharmacy operation is seeking seven experienced Compounding Pharmacists for a 13-week contract-to-perm opportunity in the Stafford, Texas area. This role focuses on sterile compounding and requires a proactive pharmacist ready to contribute to a dynamic pharmacy team.

PM Key Responsibilities:
Prepare customized sterile medications accurately following prescriptions and compounding standards. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of formulations, ingredients, and inventory. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy team members. Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and timely medication preparation. Keep up to date with pharmaceutical trends and compounding techniques to maintain best practices.
Qualifications:
Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license. Minimum of 1 year experience specifically in sterile compounding. Proven ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. Familiarity with pharmacy software such as LifeFile and PK Software is advantageous. This contract-to-perm position offers the opportunity to join a growing pharmacy team, with the potential for long-term employment following the initial 13-week assignment.
