Clinical/Pharmacy Services Position Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our clinic in Katy, TX. The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing safe and effective medication management, counseling patients, collaborating with healthcare providers, and supporting high-quality patient care for our clinics in Houston. Key Responsibilities Review and dispense medications accurately and safely. Counsel patients regarding medication use, dosing, potential side effects, and drug interactions. Review patient medication histories and identify potential medication-related problems. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor medication therapy and make recommendations when appropriate. Maintain accurate pharmacy records and comply with applicable federal and Texas pharmacy regulations. Assist with medication inventory, ordering, storage, and expiration-date management. Provide patient education regarding chronic disease management and appropriate medication use. Help develop and maintain clinic pharmacy policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Perform other pharmacy-related duties as needed. Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree. Active and unrestricted Texas Pharmacist license . Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain one, if required. Strong knowledge of medications, drug interactions, and patient counseling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Previous clinic, ambulatory care, or outpatient pharmacy experience is preferred. Schedule Full-time clinic schedule. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview.
