Job Description

Pharmacist-in-charge will oversee operations of the pharmacy and personnel. Current staff consists of 2 full-time technicians, 2 part-time technicians, and one administrative clerk. PIC ensures adherence to facility SOPs and procedure, adherence to state and federal regulations, and directly supervises pharmacy staff. Oversee filling and compounding of prescriptions, counseling, inventory management, etc. Perform Covid and other POC tests and limited vaccinations. Immunization certification required. Compounding experience preferred but not required. IV certification required or responsible for attaining within the first 3 months of employment, so you can verify technician sterile-made products. Ideal candidate will have experience actively interfacing with other healthcare professionals and be able to give recommendations when asked; will actively step out from behind the counter and engage our customers regarding supplements and other products carried in the storefront. Ideal candidate must be engaging with our customers and willing to learn the products we carry so as to be able to confidently make recommendations.

$124,800.00 - $135,200.00 per year
