Full-time:
9:00am-5:00pm CT (2 openings) Part-time option: 11:00am-5:00pm / 12:00pm-5:00pm / 1:00pm-5:00pm CT (1 opening) Rotating weekends (day off during the week if you work a weekend) 3 Dress code: Solid-color scrubs preferredJob Summary We're hiring Pharmacists to support a high-volume, closed-door pharmacy in Richardson, TX. This role is verification-focused only : clinical review and final verification of prescriptions prior to dispensing to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities Verify prescriptions for accuracy (patient, drug, strength, directions, quantity, prescriber info) Clinical review for appropriateness (dose checks, interactions, allergies, contraindications, duplication) Resolve discrepancies and request clarification when needed Final product review prior to release Document clearly in pharmacy systems Follow Texas Board of Pharmacy + federal regulations and internal policies Support quality and medication safety initiatives; maintain HIPAA compliance Required Qualifications Active Texas Pharmacist license in good standing (no restrictions) PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an accredited program Strong knowledge of TX/federal pharmacy regulations High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced/high-volume environment Strong computer skills; able to learn prescription-processing systems quickly Nice to Have High-volume pharmacy experience (busy-day volumes can reach ~4,000 scripts) Closed-door / compounding pharmacy experience Comfortable with rotating weekends Apply If you're a Texas-licensed Pharmacist who enjoys verification work and thrives in a production environment, apply today.
