Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Direct Hire A family-oriented retail pharmacy seeks a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead daily pharmacy operations in a close-knit, supportive environment. Monday-Friday:

9:00 AM-6:00

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM-1:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and manage a staff including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, cashiers, and a delivery driver Ensure compliance with all Texas state and federal pharmacy regulations, including HIPAA Lead and participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives Address and resolve customer concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current Texas Pharmacy License required Minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience preferred Prior management experience is highly desirable Experience with Pioneer Rx software is advantageous Strong interpersonal skills to foster a family-friendly work atmosphere
