Schedule:

2nd shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Every other weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescription medications. Provide patient counseling and education on medication use. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care. Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Valid pharmacist license in Utah. Proven experience as a pharmacist in retail or hospital settings. Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication management.
