7:30a-6p M-F; 10a-6p Sat and Sun; rotating shifts The Pharmacy Support Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the pharmacy. This role involves assisting pharmacy staff with non-clinical tasks such as inventory management, data entry, cleaning, customer service, general clerical duties and pickup and delivery of pharmacy medications/or items. Responsibilities Delivering of medications Assisting the out-window/drive-thru at the Prairie Parkway Pharmacy Delivering excellent, direct patient customer service Stocking supplies/medications on shelves. Assisting in clerical work in the pharmacy as assigned. Assisting in errands as assigned. Qualifications Required Registered with the Board of Pharmacy as pharmacy support staff prior to the first day of work or registered as a tech in training or certified pharmacy technician at the time of hire. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak fluent English. Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position. Preferred 2 years of prior cash handling and customer service experience in retail environment. Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
