About the Role This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with a rotating roster that includes weekend shifts. We welcome applicants of all experience levels. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming, professional, and positive pharmacy experience for every customer who walks through our doors In this role, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales. Assist customers with over‑the‑counter medicines where appropriate. Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation. Support day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness. Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently. Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment. Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries. About You You will:

Previous retail experience and a genuine interest in healthcare. Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills. Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑focused mindset.
