Position Responsibilities VCU School of Pharmacy is seeking a part-time hourly Research Assistant to assist with protein crystallization and laboratory maintenance. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's of science degree or equivalent Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination training and years of experience Previous laboratory experience and/or laboratory maintenance or management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from all backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record in biomedical research
