The Operations Manager assists in overseeing all medication procurement, storage, preparation and dispensing in the health system or organization; ensuring that the pharmacy provides optimal pharmaceutical care, participates in continuous quality improvement activities, meets all legal, accreditation and certification requirements; and complies with all applicable policies, procedures, guidelines and standards of the organization.
