Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily pharmacy operations and staff, including one compounding technician and one retail technician Oversee compounding processes, workflow efficiency, inventory management, and regulatory compliance Cultivate strong relationships with patients and prescribers to enhance service and expand business Drive business growth and improve operational performance Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, with leadership over all pharmacy activities

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one Proven leadership and strong communication skills Experience in compounding and independent pharmacy settings preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in eventual business ownership
