Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of pharmacists Manage productivity, quality, training, and daily workflow Oversee compounding operations and compliance Ensure adherence to USP , , and Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance

Requirements:

Active California Pharmacist license PharmD or BS in Pharmacy 2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience 2-5 years of compounding experience Strong people-management and communication skills Knowledge of USP standards and 503A requirements If you're interested, please reply with your updated resume or give me a call.
