The schedule consists of four 10-hour day shifts per week, providing a balanced workweek that supports focused and efficient pharmacy management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee pharmacy staffing, dedicating about 90% of your time to managing the team and ensuring adequate coverage. Conduct order verification and supervise pharmacy technicians. Consult with physicians and nurses to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes. Manage pharmacokinetics and other clinical pharmacy duties, contributing to patient care. Perform administrative tasks related to the department's regulatory compliance and daily operations.

Desired Qualifications:
