Four 10-hour day shifts per week

Role Responsibilities:

Oversee the verification and accuracy of medication orders Supervise pharmacy technicians and staff Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize pharmacotherapy Provide pharmacokinetic consultations and support Manage pharmacy staffing (approximately 90% of duties) Handle administrative tasks related to pharmacy operations (approximately 10% of duties)

Qualifications:

Current California Pharmacist license required Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and interdisciplinary relationships

Duration:
