Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to serve as the interim Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and Director of Pharmacy (DOP) at a small, 25-bed critical access hospital in rural Northern California. This contract position supports a close-knit healthcare environment where your clinical expertise and leadership will directly impact patient care and operational effectiveness.

4 days per week 10-hour day shiftsDuration:
Approximately 13 weeks, with a start date as soon as possibleKey Responsibilities:
Oversee staffing and daily pharmacy operations (approximately 90%) Conduct order verification ensuring accuracy and compliance Supervise pharmacy technicians and daily workflow Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to provide pharmaceutical consultations Apply pharmacokinetic principles in patient care and medication management Handle administrative duties related to pharmacy services (approximately 10%)Desired Qualifications:
