Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A leadership opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacy Manager to oversee clinical pharmacy services across multiple campuses of a major medical center in San Francisco, CA. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the clinical pharmacy team in planning, supporting, and evaluating pharmacy operations across all campuses. Develop, implement, and assess clinical pharmacy programs focused on excellence and continuity of care. Create and deliver educational and training initiatives for pharmacy staff and hospital personnel. Uphold department quality assurance standards, including medication safety, drug use evaluation, and adverse reaction monitoring. Manage drug information resources to support evidence-based clinical decisions. Serve as Director of the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program and co-chair the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required. Active California Pharmacist license. Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmacy, with significant clinical coordinator or management roles. Proven supervisory experience with oversight of residency programs. Strong leadership and program development skills.
