Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A leading healthcare system is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Manager to oversee clinical pharmacy operations across multiple campuses at a flagship medical center in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities:

Serve as clinical manager for all campuses of a prominent medical center. Supervise, manage, and coordinate clinical pharmacy staff supporting patient care activities. Develop and implement educational and training programs for pharmacy staff and hospital personnel. Design, market, implement, and evaluate clinical pharmacy service programs ensuring continuity and quality. Maintain accountability for medication safety, quality assurance, drug use evaluation, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and drug information resources. Manage and direct the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program. Co-chair the Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee to guide clinical policies and formulary decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Active California Pharmacist license required. Minimum 5 years of progressive pharmacy experience. Prior experience as a Clinical Coordinator or Clinical Pharmacy Manager. Experience overseeing pharmacy residency programs. Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
