Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient and safe medication delivery Serve as a key liaison and support to the Director of Pharmacy Develop and maintain employee scheduling to meet operational demands Proactively resolve issues as they arise to maintain workflow and staff satisfaction Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and pharmacy services

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
