Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, serving as the right-hand to the Director of Pharmacy Coordinate and oversee employee scheduling to maintain optimal staffing levels Address and resolve operational issues promptly as they arise throughout the day Collaborate with pharmacy and hospital leadership to streamline processes and enhance patient care Utilize Cerner pharmacy IT systems effectively to support operational workflows

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Proven experience managing pharmacy operations in an inpatient hospital setting Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Familiarity with Cerner electronic health record and pharmacy management systems Ability to work independently while supporting team goals and objectives Effective communication skills for working with interdisciplinary teams and staff management
