This role supports the Director of Pharmacy by managing pharmacy operations to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary support to the Director of Pharmacy in managing all aspects of pharmacy operations. Oversee employee scheduling and staffing to maintain optimal coverage. Address and resolve operational issues promptly as they arise throughout the day. Collaborate with pharmacy staff to uphold high standards of patient care and safety. Utilize Cerner pharmacy systems for operational and clinical workflow management.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Proven experience in pharmacy management within an inpatient or hospital setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and daily pharmacy operations effectively. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with Cerner or similar pharmacy information systems. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and administration.
