Category Pharmacy-Director of Pharmacy Job Type Direct Hire Soliant is seeking an experienced Director of Pharmacy for a permanent leadership opportunity in Tallahassee, Florida. This is a high-level pharmacy leadership role with responsibility for a large, 24/7 acute care pharmacy operation and a team of more than 100 employees. The ideal candidate will bring strong Director-level hospital experience and the executive presence needed to lead multiple pharmacy service lines.

Compensation:

Competitive salary plus sign-on and annual bonus eligibility Responsibilities Lead pharmacy operations, clinical services, staffing, quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. Direct a pharmacy team of 100+ employees with six direct reports across inpatient, ambulatory, clinical, sterile compounding, and inventory operations. Partner with hospital executives, physicians, nursing leadership, and other departments to support patient care initiatives. Oversee safe and efficient pharmacy services within a complex acute care and trauma center environment. Develop pharmacy strategy, staff performance, and operational improvements across multiple service lines. Requirements Active Florida Pharmacist License or willingness to obtain. Active Florida Consultant Pharmacist License or willingness to obtain. 3+ years of Director of Pharmacy experience in an acute care inpatient hospital setting — required. 3+ years of acute care inpatient hospital pharmacy experience — required. All active and inactive pharmacist licenses must be disclosed and verified in good standing. Preferred Qualifications PharmD strongly preferred. Board certification preferred. Pharmacy residency completion a plus. Experience leading large pharmacy teams across multiple service lines. Sterile compounding oversight experience.
