Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Overview A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee operations within its home infusion pharmacy in Macon, GA. This is a leadership opportunity for an infusion pharmacist who enjoys both clinical operations and team management and wants to play an important role in supporting a growing home infusion service line. Pharmacy Team You will oversee a multidisciplinary pharmacy operation consisting of: 3 Pharmacists 2 Pharmacy Technicians 2 Delivery Technicians The pharmacy currently supports approximately: 20-30 specialty infusion medications per day 1-5 acute infusion medications per day Growing patient and medication volume Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the home infusion pharmacy Supervise and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations Maintain safe and effective medication preparation and delivery processes Promote high-quality patient care and operational efficiency Lead, develop, and support pharmacy staff Foster productive and collaborative relationships across the pharmacy team Help support continued growth of the home infusion service line Requirements Active Georgia Pharmacist license in hand and in good standing Minimum 2 years of infusion pharmacy experience Previous infusion pharmacy management experience highly preferred Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative pharmacy environment
