Qualifications Certifications:
Licensed Pharmacy Technician within 60 days of license application

1yr of Retail pharmacy Responsibilities Enters patient information accurately into pharmacy computer system, including, but not limited to, patient's address, patient's phone number, patient's allergies and patient's date of birth. Enters correct medication information, including, but not limited to, medications, strength, route, number of refills and physician name.
Prioritize work to input stat and waiting prescriptions in order of importance.
Maintains order entry error rate
