Saturday and Sunday Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately for retail and long-term care patients Provide counseling and education on medication usage and safety Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes in specialty pharmacy services Administer immunizations as required Perform medication therapy management (MTM) and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active Minnesota pharmacist license PharmD degree preferred Immunization certification and CPR certification required Experience or certification in medication therapy management (MTM) highly valued Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and long-term care pharmacy practices This role requires a diligent and patient-focused professional adept at working independently during weekend shifts.
