PM Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately for retail and long-term care patients Provide clinical pharmacy services tailored to specialty care requirements Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy Perform long-term care pharmacist duties including medication regimen reviews Support immunization and patient education efforts as needed
Desired Qualifications:
