Dispense medications accurately in retail and long-term care environments Provide patient counseling and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations Manage medication therapy to optimize patient outcomes Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care Maintain thorough and accurate records for all pharmacy operationsQualifications and Desired Experience:
Minnesota Pharmacist License required PharmD degree preferred Certification in Immunization and CPR mandatory Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in both retail pharmacy and long-term care settings highly valued This is a per diem position offering a flexible weekend schedule, perfect for professionals seeking additional hours or work-life balance.
