• Staff Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem A pharmacy opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to provide support at a specialty pharmacy location in Milaca, MN.

This per diem position offers a blend of retail and long-term care pharmacy responsibilities from August 26 through September 1.

• 6:00 PM 9/1: 8:30 AM
• 6:00

PM Responsibilities:

Manage both retail and long-term care pharmacy operations Dispense medications accurately and safely Provide patient counseling and medication therapy management Support immunization services and other pharmacy initiatives as needed Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Pharmacist licensure and credentials required (PharmD preferred) Immunization Certification required CPR Certification preferred Experience or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a plus Strong knowledge of retail and long-term care pharmacy practices This per diem role presents a valuable opportunity to contribute to a specialty pharmacy setting with flexible scheduling.
