Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Ensure pharmacy compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Oversee human resources functions, budget management, and departmental administration. Represent the pharmacy department at leadership and interdepartmental meetings. Lead various projects and initiatives to advance pharmacy services. Supervise and support a team of 5 full-time pharmacy staff members.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven hospital pharmacy management experience, with strong leadership skills. Ability and willingness to obtain a New Hampshire pharmacy license promptly; New Hampshire's licensing process is straightforward, and candidates without a current NH license are encouraged to apply.
