This role requires strong regulatory knowledge and operational skills to ensure compliance, financial success, and excellent patient care.

PM Closed Sundays Responsibilities:
Register as the supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge with the state board of pharmacy. Ensure the pharmacy operates in full compliance with federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and company policies. Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations including budget, payroll, third-party administration, staffing, scheduling, and inventory to meet financial objectives. Engage in business development initiatives both within the pharmacy and the community. Supervise and evaluate pharmacy support personnel, providing training and holding associates accountable to regulatory and company standards. Oversee completion of all mandatory company training by pharmacy staff. Lead patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs. Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication use, side effects, and drug interactions while monitoring patient progress. Support continuous quality improvement efforts to promote patient safety. Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant workstation and department environment. Complete continuing education requirements as mandated. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Current NY pharmacist license. Immunization certification with comfort administering all vaccines. Recent pharmacy manager experience preferred.
