Responsibilities:

Register with the state board of pharmacy as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge. Ensure pharmacy compliance with federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and company policies. Oversee pharmacy operations, including budget management, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and third-party administration to meet financial goals. Lead and manage pharmacy support personnel, conduct performance reviews, and provide staff training and accountability. Facilitate business development initiatives within the store and community. Participate in patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs. Counsel patients and healthcare providers on drug use, interactions, side effects, and therapy compliance. Maintain quality improvement programs focused on patient safety and regulatory adherence. Keep the pharmacy environment clean, organized, and compliant with company standards. Complete continuing education as mandated by state law. Perform other pharmacy duties as assigned by management.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid NY pharmacist license. Immunization certification and ability to administer all required vaccines. Recent experience as a Pharmacy Manager preferred.
