PM Closed Sundays Responsibilities:

Serve as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge registered with the state board of pharmacy. Ensure pharmacy compliance with federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and company policies. Manage all pharmacy operations including budgeting, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory to achieve financial goals. Lead and develop pharmacy support personnel, including performance management and training compliance. Participate in business development activities within the store and community. Provide patient counseling on medications, dosages, interactions, and side effects while monitoring patient health and therapy adherence. Conduct immunization administration, medication therapy management, and wellness programs. Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment consistent with legal and company standards. Complete required continuing education and quality improvement programs. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Licensed pharmacist in New York State. Immunization certification with proficiency in administering all vaccines. Recent pharmacy manager experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills.
