Maintenance Mechanic $25-$30/hour DOE Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a 1st shift opportunity in a production/manufacturing environment in Hamilton, NY. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Schedule:

Typical schedule is four 10-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Candidates must be flexible to work various days and occasional 5-day schedules as needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs Troubleshoot mechanical and HVAC-related issues Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams Support shutdown and planned maintenance activities Maintain safe and reliable equipment performance

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a production or manufacturing environment Experience repairing industrial machinery and HVAC systems preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and work in a physically active environment Submit resumes to mfgresume@hiresapphire.com for immediate consideration.
