Closed Key Responsibilities:

Register and maintain status as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge with the state board of pharmacy. Oversee pharmacy operations to meet financial goals, including budget management, payroll, scheduling, and inventory control. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations and policies. Lead pharmacy support personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews. Drive patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs. Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication use, interactions, and side effects to optimize therapeutic outcomes. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to uphold patient safety. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment. Complete required continuing education and support staff training requirements. Contribute to business development efforts within the pharmacy and broader community.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
