Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our community pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing pharmacy staff, and maintaining efficient pharmacy operations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with pharmacy software to deliver optimal healthcare services to our community. Duties Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service delivery. Oversee customer interactions, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns or inquiries effectively. Communicate with clients to provide medication guidance, answer questions, and foster strong community relationships. Manage pharmacy software systems to process prescriptions accurately, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate pharmacy operations including inventory management, medication dispensing, and adherence to safety protocols. Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and health regulations governing community pharmacies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to promote health initiatives and services. Spanish speaking is also preferred Experience Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting, with demonstrated leadership in managing pharmacy teams. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare providers. Knowledge of pharmacy operations including medication dispensing, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. Prior experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy environment is preferred.
