This role provides full-scope pharmacy leadership across clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial functions.

Position Details:

Responsibilities:

Oversee pharmacy operations, staffing, and clinical services Ensure accurate medication preparation and dispensing Lead quality assurance and drug utilization initiatives Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring Develop clinical pharmacy programs and staff education Provide patient and family education

Requirements:

Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License in good standing Minimum 3 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience within the last 5 years BLS certification if required by state PharmD or BS Pharmacy plus advanced degree/residency preferred Pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred Board certification preferred
