Pharmacy Director Setting:
656-Bed Hospital Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all hospital pharmacy operations Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to pharmacists and pharmacy staff Ensure compliance with State Board, DEA, Joint Commission, and state/federal regulations Develop and implement departmental policies, goals, and quality initiatives Manage recruitment, training, performance, and retention of pharmacy personnel Oversee department productivity, fiscal goals, education, and patient satisfaction Collaborate with physicians, nurses, administration, and multidisciplinary teams Requirements B.S. or Pharm.

D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy 3+ years hospital pharmacy experience 2+ years leadership experience Active Pharmacist license in good standing BLS certification 5+ years hospital experience and Pharm.
