We work closely with a neighboring clinic and participate in the 340B Drug Pricing Program , allowing our pharmacist to work collaboratively with providers and care for patients who may have more complex medication and access needs. Our model is highly relationship-driven. Responsibilities include dispensing and verifying prescriptions; counseling patients; communicating with prescribers and clinic staff; helping patients navigate medication-access and insurance issues; overseeing pharmacy workflow and inventory; maintaining controlled-substance records and required documentation; and ensuring compliance with Oklahoma Board of Pharmacy requirements and applicable state and federal regulations. You'll also work with specialty and higher-cost therapies where timely refills, insurance coordination, patient follow-up, and continuity of therapy are especially important. The PIC will have meaningful independence in managing the pharmacy while having direct access to ownership whenever support or additional resources are needed. Required:

Active Oklahoma pharmacist license in good standing PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an accredited program Eligible to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge in Oklahoma Strong understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, controlled-substance requirements, and pharmacy operations Strong communication and patient-care skills PIC, independent pharmacy, 340B, HIV/PrEP, or specialty pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required.
