This role demands a strategic leader with strong expertise in specialty pharmacy and home infusion, ready to maintain high standards of pharmacy practice, regulatory compliance, and superior patient care.

ASAP Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall pharmacy operations ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with USP 797/800 and State Board of Pharmacy regulations Manage compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring activities to meet physician and patient needs safely and accurately Ensure all pharmacy policies align with local, state, and federal licensing standards Lead hiring, training, performance management, and development of pharmacy staff including pharmacists, technicians, and interns Handle scheduling, payroll approval, conflict resolution, and strategic team planning Serve as a resource for drug information and collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and sales teams Participate in the on-call schedule for pharmacists and cover shifts as necessaryQualifications and Desired Experience:
