This full-time, direct hire position offers a dynamic work environment focused on enhancing customer care, managing pharmacy associates, and driving business growth through clinical programs.

10-hour shifts: 9am
  • 7pm 11-hour shifts: 9am
  • 8pm 12-hour shifts: 8am
  • 8pm or 9am
  • 9pm Variable day and afternoon shifts

Approximately 62 hours bi-weekly

ASAP Responsibilities:
Maintain a strong partnership with the store operations team to promote associate engagement and articulate department strategy. Ensure prescription accuracy and adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations through thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and Quality Assurance. Manage the department's profitability by increasing prescription volume and implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Oversee inventory control by monitoring weekly sales and pharmaceutical stock ordering. Align department performance with key measurable metrics related to effectiveness and efficiency. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing medical inquiries and counseling clients. Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and support team, and lead training, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Maintain pharmacy security and manage customer complaint resolution to foster trust and loyalty. Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve prescription-related issues. Ensure the pharmacy environment remains organized and clean. Prioritize and complete daily, weekly, and monthly department tasks such as inventory counts and will-call management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Current Pennsylvania Immunization License Experience managing retail pharmacy operations preferred This direct hire opportunity comes with competitive compensation aligned with experience.
